Dr Gurvinder Kalra

Dr Kalra offers telehealth services, providing convenient and accessible care for his patients. He is fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Punjabi, allowing him to effectively communicate with a diverse range of patients.

Dr Kalra has a particular interest in schizophrenia and specializes in treating this condition. He is also experienced in working with individuals experiencing gender incongruence and is knowledgeable in the area of gender and sexual minorities. Additionally, he has expertise in adult ADHD, mood disorders, and psychotic disorders.

His experience extends to working with specific populations such as asylum seekers and refugees, gender diverse individuals, gay and lesbian individuals, intersex individuals, and those who do not speak English as their primary language.

Dr Kalra's areas of expertise include ADHD, gender affirmative therapy, prolonged grief, psychosis, schizophrenia, sexual disorders, and sexuality affirmative therapy. He provides a range of services including gender confirmation letters, opinion and report writing (MBS item 291), shared care, and after-hours appointments.
