Mr Grant Pang

Grant Pang, an Australian-trained orthopaedic surgeon, specialises in hip and knee joint reconstruction/replacement surgery, shoulder reconstruction, and musculoskeletal tumors. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Melbourne and finished his orthopaedic training in Victoria in February 2008. After completing his training with the Australian Orthopaedic Association, he worked as a trauma fellow at the Royal Melbourne Hospital for one year, where he managed complex musculoskeletal trauma resulting from motor vehicle and work-related accidents.

Following that, he spent 12 months at the prestigious Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in London, United Kingdom, where he underwent a fellowship focused on all aspects of hip and knee joint reconstruction and the management of musculoskeletal tumors/sarcoma. Moreover, Grant serves as a consultant orthopaedic surgeon at St. Vincent's Hospital and the Peter MaCallum Cancer Centre and specialises in the treatment of complex musculoskeletal cases and joint reconstruction, with a particular focus on the hip and the knee.

Grant Pang is also dedicated to training orthopaedic surgeons in Melbourne and has been the Chair of the Victorian and Tasmania Regional Training Committee since 2019, where he emphasizes the importance of developing the skills and knowledge necessary to provide high-quality surgical care to patients.
