Dr Anna Loch-Wilkinson

Operating out of the Gold Coast and Brisbane, Dr. Anna Loch-Wilkinson is a highly experienced plastic and reconstructive surgeon from Australia. Her professional journey started when she earned her undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy at the prestigious University of Sydney. Thereafter, she completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at the same university before serving as an intern. She went on to earn her Basic Surgical Training accreditation, and subsequently, her Orthopaedic Surgery registrar accreditation. Her qualifications and experience were further augmented by her specialist training in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) in NSW and Queensland. Dr. Loch-Wilkinson's expertise in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery is exceptional, having completed an International Fellowship in Microsurgery & Breast Reconstruction in Bristol, UK and a Hand Surgery Fellowship at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital in London. She provides a comprehensive range of services that includes breast reconstruction, hand surgery, limb reconstruction, facial trauma, and skin cancer removal, making her one of the few dual fellowship-trained surgeons in Queensland. Dr. Loch-Wilkinson is also a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at the Mater Hospital in Brisbane. Moreover, Dr. Loch-Wilkinson is known internationally for her research with Macquarie University and Professor Anand Deva on Breast-Implant Associated Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma (BIA-ALCL).
