Dr Amy Pai is an Ophthalmologist specializing in Medical Retina and Uveitis. She has a strong background in diagnosing and treating various eye conditions, including Diabetic Retinopathy, Macular Degeneration, Myopic Degeneration, Genetic Eye Diseases, and General Ophthalmology such as cataracts, pterygium, dermatochalasis, and chalazion. Dr Pai completed her medical training and obtained her MBBS and BSc degrees. She also holds a PhD in Ophthalmology. Dr Pai is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists (FRANZCO). She has a particular interest in Medical Retina and Uveitis. Dr Pai has received several prestigious awards and grants, including the RANZCO/Allergan Scholarship, the ARVO Travel Grant, the Westmead Charitable Travel Grant, and the NHMRC Postgraduate Scholarship. In addition to her medical qualifications and experience, Dr Pai is fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin. She is passionate about providing high-quality eye care to patients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Prior to her current role, Dr Pai completed a Fellowship in Medical Retina and Uveitis at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London. She is dedicated to staying up to date with the latest advancements in her field and providing the best possible care for her patients.
