Dr Ali Zad

Dr Ali Zad is a highly skilled and dedicated Gastroenterologist with over 15 years of experience. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from the prestigious Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in Iran in 2002. Following this, he completed his basic physician training in New South Wales and then undertook his advanced Gastroenterology traineeship in Queensland and New South Wales.

In recognition of his exceptional expertise and dedication, Dr Zad was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Physicians in 2018, which further solidified his position as a reputable medical professional. He is also accredited with the Gastroenterology Society of Australia (GESA) for performing gastroscopy and colonoscopy procedures.

Currently, Dr Zad serves as a talented consultant Gastroenterologist at Caboolture Hospital, where he specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of various gastrointestinal disorders. His areas of expertise include Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Motility Disorder, Liver Disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Celiac Disease, and Bowel Cancer Screening. Dr Zad has a particular interest in managing Motility Disorder and Inflammatory Bowel Disease, and his dedicated focus in these areas has allowed him to make significant contributions to his field.

Apart from his clinical work, Dr Zad is actively involved in research and has had his work published in prestigious scientific journals.
