Dr. Ahmad Aly is a highly skilled General Surgeon and Specialist Upper Gastrointestinal Surgeon with vast experience and expertise in the full spectrum of upper gastrointestinal surgery. Having completed his training at the prestigious Austin Hospital in Melbourne, he gained extensive subspecialist fellowships both locally and internationally, further honing his surgical skills. Since returning to Melbourne in 2005, Dr. Aly has been serving as a consultant at the Austin Hospital and holds the position of Head of Upper GI Surgery.

As a Clinical Associate Professor with Melbourne University, Dr. Aly is dedicated to training the next generation of surgeons.
