Mr Adrian Pick

Mr Pick is a highly skilled surgeon with over two decades of experience in cardiac and thoracic surgery. He graduated from the University of Melbourne with Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degrees in 1983. He went on to pursue undergraduate and postgraduate training at Austin Hospital and St Vincent's Hospital in Melbourne. In 1992, he was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in General Surgery, and later earned a Fellowship in Cardiothoracic Surgery in May 1995 after gaining further training and experience.

As a postgraduate Fellow, Mr Pick worked extensively in cardiac and thoracic surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, USA, where he gained valuable experience in cardiac transplantation. His further overseas experience culminated in the award of Clinical Fellowship in Cardiovascular Surgery at the Toronto General Hospital in Canada in December 1997. He has contributed significantly to medical literature, with numerous publications and serves as a referee for journal articles in highly regarded professional journals.

Mr Pick is proficient in performing both cardiac and thoracic surgeries and provides his services at Peninsula Private Hospital, where he carries out Cardiac surgery procedures and thoracic procedures. He also has consulting rooms at Peninsula Private Hospital, Frankston, and Cabrini Hospital Malvern. With his vast knowledge and experience, Mr Pick is highly regarded and sought after in his field.
