Dr Zee Wan Wong

Dr. Zee Wan Wong is an accomplished medical oncologist with extensive experience in cancer treatment and research. She completed her postgraduate medical qualifications at the Royal College of Physicians in Edinburgh, United Kingdom, and her medical oncology fellowship in the United States in 2003. In 2013, she obtained her Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in Medical Oncology when she moved to Australia.

Dr. Wong has held various leadership positions throughout her career. She was previously the Clinical Director of the Oncology Unit at Goulburn Valley Health and the West Hume Integrated Cancer Service. Currently, she is the Head of the Oncology Unit at Peninsula Health and has been appointed Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor at Monash University. Zee Wan also obtained a Specialist Certificate in Clinical Leadership from The University of Melbourne.

As a senior lecturer at the Department of Rural Health, University of Melbourne, Dr. Wong has published numerous peer-reviewed articles and presented at several national and international oncology conferences. Her contributions to cancer care go beyond academic research as she has played a vital role in establishing oncology services and clinical trial access in regional Victoria.
