Dr Winston Chang is a highly skilled and experienced Rheumatologist based in Melbourne. With a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Otago, New Zealand in 2003, Dr Chang went on to complete a Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, Adult Medicine Division in Australia in 2014.
