Tuly Rosenfeld

Associate Professor Rosenfeld is a highly experienced Geriatrician with over 30 years of hands-on practice. He has honed his skills in the diverse range of medical problems that afflict the elderly, including dementia and Alzheimer's Disease, walking and gait disorders, falls, fractures, and functional impairment. He has a special interest in decision-making, legal competency, and capacity. At the University of NSW, where he is an Associate Professor, and The University of Notre Dame Sydney, where he is an Adjunct Associate Professor, he has been active in teaching and education.

Assoc. Prof Rosenfeld has contributed significantly to the NSW Health's Sub-Acute Fast Track Elderly Care program (SAFTE Care), which has evolved into the Healthy at Home Program, now implemented in several areas in NSW. He has founded his own private practice, the Specialist Ageing and Medicine Centre in Randwick, where he collaborates with other clinicians.

Committed to providing services to the aged and their carers, Assoc. Prof Rosenfeld has established a comprehensive care management program for older people in the community. He is a co-founder and joint director of HomeHealthHQ, which provides high-quality care management services to the aged and their families. With a wealth of experience in Geriatric Medicine, Assoc. Prof Rosenfeld is dedicated to promoting the well-being of older Australians and their carers.
