Dr Peter Hinchcliffe

Dr Peter Hinchcliffe is an experienced Ophthalmic Surgeon specialising in General Ophthalmology and Retinal Specialist. He obtained his medical degree (MBBS) from the Flinders University of South Australia's Medical School. Following this, he completed his ophthalmic training at Sydney Eye Hospital.

In 2003, Dr Hinchcliffe achieved the prestigious Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists (FRANZCO). He also holds a Masters of Public Health from the University of Sydney.

Dr Hinchcliffe established Tamworth Eye Centre in 2005 and relocated the practice to its current state-of-the-art location in 2010. The centre is equipped with advanced diagnostic equipment and a well-equipped procedure room for minor surgical procedures. Convenient off-street parking with easy wheelchair access is available.
