Dr Nayden Naydenov

Meet Dr. Nayden Naydenov, an experienced anaesthesiologist with an impressive career spanning three continents and four countries. After graduating from Medical University – Sofia, Bulgaria, in 1994, Dr. Naydenov gained experience working in Harare Central and Parirenyatwa Hospitals in Harare, Zimbabwe, Victoria Hospital in the Seychelles, and multiple hospitals in two Australian states. In 2014, he obtained his fellowship with the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists following which he completed Fellowships in Paediatric Intensive Care and High Risk Obstetrics & Gynaecology.

Dr. Naydenov's enthusiasm for self-improvement saw him attend an Ultrasound Guided Regional Anaesthesia Course in 2014 and a Regional Anaesthesia (Cadaveric Workshop) in Berlin, Germany, in 2015. He also completed Focused Cardiac Ultrasound (FCU), TTE, at the University of Melbourne in 2018.

His areas of expertise and experience include Paediatric Anaesthesia, Robot-assisted Urology, Vascular, Orthopaedic, Obstetrics & Gynaecology. Dr. Naydenov's practices at Ramsay Cairns, where he offers general and regional anaesthesia services for various specialties.
