Dr Mohammad Zafar is an experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon based in Australia, specialised in treating various conditions related to the foot and ankle. He has a vast range of expertise in the field, covering all aspects of arthroscopic and open reconstruction, sports injuries, fractures, bunions, arthritis, ankle joint replacement surgery, lower limb trauma surgery, and lower limb reconstruction, including the management of chronic infections and deformities.
Dr Zafar completed his undergraduate medical education at the King Edward Medical College, Pakistan, in 2002. Following this, he completed his basic surgical training in the UK and became a member of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh in 2006. In 2020, he completed his Fellowship in Orthopaedics and became a fellow of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons.
