Dr Louise Martin

Dr Martin has a special interest in the treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder, complex trauma, and perinatal psychiatry. She has extensive experience working with individuals in various age groups, including mother and baby, adults aged 18-60, and young adults aged 16-24.

Dr Martin is experienced in working with diverse populations, including gender diverse individuals, as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community. She ensures a supportive and inclusive environment for all her patients.

Dr Martin's expertise lies in the diagnosis and management of anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, personality disorders, prolonged grief, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. She also provides supportive psychotherapy to help her patients navigate their mental health challenges.

In addition to her regular services, Dr Martin offers opinion and report services (MBS item 291) and weekly psychotherapy sessions. She is also available to provide support to healthcare workers dealing with the impacts of COVID-19.
