Dr Jonathan Cabot

Dr Jonathan Cabot is an Orthopaedic Surgeon specializing in hip, knee, and shoulder surgery. He has a special interest in minimally invasive direct anterior hip replacement, knee replacement, and arthroscopic (key-hole) surgery. He manages joint arthritis, trauma & sports injuries, supporting patients' return to an active lifestyle.

Dr Cabot has extensive experience, both overseas and locally. He employs the latest technology and techniques, coupled with an evidence-based approach, to ensure that the best possible outcomes are achieved for his patients.

Dr Cabot graduated from The University of Adelaide in 1999 and obtained his fellowship with the Royal Australian College of Surgeons (Orthopaedic Surgery) in 2010. Following on from this, he then completed a further two years of post-fellowship training in hip and knee replacement surgery at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital (Bournemouth, UK) and arthroscopic sports medicine at the Fowler Kennedy Sports Medicine Clinic (Ontario, Canada).

Dr Cabot consults privately, with Orthopaedics SA, at Ashford, Flinders Private, Mount Barker, North Adelaide, South Coast District Hospital, and Stirling District Hospital. He is also an Orthopaedic Specialist at Flinders Medical Centre.
