Dr Hindol Mukherjee

Dr. Mukherjee is a highly respected psychiatrist and fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists. After completing his medical degree at the University of Western Sydney, he focused on subspecialist training in Forensic Psychiatry, earning his certificate and becoming a member of the RANZCP Faculty of Forensic Psychiatry. He later earned a Master of Medicine in Psychiatry from the University of Sydney and a Master of Forensic Mental Health from the University of New South Wales.

Currently working as a VMO Psychiatrist at the Northern Beaches Hospital and Northside Clinic St Leonards, Dr. Mukherjee is also a Forensic Psychiatrist for NSW Health and has a private medico legal practice. He is involved in teaching and research, and is an accredited supervisor of training for the Australian & New Zealand College of Psychiatrists.

Dr. Mukherjee's interests in psychiatry are wide-ranging, and he provides comprehensive psychiatric assessment and treatment for ADHD, Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, and Personality Disorders. He approaches his work with a biopsychosocial focus and a commitment to trauma-informed care.

Dr. Mukherjee is currently accepting new patients between the ages of 18-60. He offers appointments in both face-to-face and telehealth modalities, and his extensive experience and commitment to compassionate care make him a well-regarded and trusted provider in the field of psychiatry.
