Dr Bruce Ashford

Dr. Bruce Ashford is a skilled general surgeon with a focus on head and neck surgery. With undergraduate qualifications in both medicine and dentistry, Dr. Ashford completed his general surgery training and then went on to pursue fellowships in both head and neck surgery and microvascular reconstruction. In addition to his medical work, Dr. Ashford is also a dedicated researcher at the University of Wollongong, where he has earned a PhD in molecular biology. He is committed to sharing his expertise and experience with future surgical professionals, training surgical registrars and fellows as part of his work. As a member of the Court of Examiners for the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, he is also active in promoting excellence in surgical education and standards.
