Dr Benjamin Trewin

Dr. Benjamin is a highly skilled Neurologist known for his professional attitude and personalised approach to patient care. With his impressive educational background and specialist experience, he aims to provide optimal outcomes to his neurology patients.

Dr. Benjamin graduated with a BAppSc in Exercise and Sport Science and Nutrition in 2007, followed by an MBBS in 2012 from the University of Sydney. He completed his specialty training at renowned hospitals such as St. Vincent's Hospital, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and Concord Repatriation General Hospital. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Neuroimmunology at USyd where he has authored multiple publications, co-authored publications, and presented oral platform presentations nationally and internationally.

Dr. Benjamin’s clinical work and PhD focus are on neuroimmunological disorders such as Multiple Sclerosis and Neuromyelitis Optica. However, he also has a keen interest in complex headache disorders and their procedural management, including Botulinum Toxin and Occipital Nerve Blocks.

In addition to his academic and clinical pursuits, Dr. Benjamin also exhibits a warm and compassionate demeanor towards his patients.
