Dr. Benjamin Norris is a qualified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon specialising in Cosmetic Surgery, with over two decades of experience. His journey towards becoming a renowned surgeon began with completing his medical education at Auckland University. Then, he trained under the supervision of Professor Michael Poole, a leading Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon, at the Radcliffe Infirmary in Oxford, United Kingdom. Dr. Norris's passion for surgery and determination drove him to pursue further training in General Surgery before focusing exclusively on Plastic Surgery.

After completing his Plastic Surgery training in Sydney, Dr. Norris was appointed as a Consultant at the renowned Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge, United Kingdom. Here, he continued his training under two leading plastic surgeons - George Cormack and George Lamberty - both authors of a definitive textbook on Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Norris gained extensive experience in cosmetic surgeries of the breast and body, performing a significant number of breast procedures using minimal-scar techniques.

Currently, Dr. Norris holds a teaching-hospital appointment at Westmead Hospital in Sydney. Here, he performs reconstructive and microsurgery procedures for cancer patients with face, head, and neck regions, as well as those with complex trauma. To ensure that he maintains the highest standards of patient care and the latest techniques, Dr. Norris frequently travels to centers throughout Europe and the United States with expertise in Cosmetic Plastic Surgery of the breast, body, and face.
