Prof Keech holds multiple qualifications, including MBBS, VQE (USA), FRACP, M.Sc., and FCSANZ. His expertise lies in diagnostic and interventional cardiology, with a focus on procedures such as angiograms, stents, and heart valve procedures. He is also highly skilled in heart valve monitoring through echocardiography and performs comprehensive valve replacement workups, both surgical and non-surgical.

In addition to his specialization in invasive procedures, Prof Keech is proficient in exercise stress testing/stress echocardiography, electrocardiography (ECG), and the management of cardiac arrhythmias, utilizing techniques such as Holter monitoring, pacemakers, and defibrillators.
