Dr Suntharalingam Sivananthan

Dr Suntharalingam Sivananthan is a highly skilled and experienced General Surgeon with a special interest in breast, endocrine, colorectal, advanced laparoscopic procedures, and skin cancers including melanoma. He obtained his Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka in 2000. Dr Sivananthan subsequently received his AMC Certificate from the Australian Medical Council in 2008 and became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2013. He also holds the qualifications of MS, MRCS(Eng), and FCSSL. Dr Sivananthan is fluent in Tamil and offers his medical services in the city of Hervey Bay.
