Dr Simon Barritt is a psychiatrist based in Hobart, Tasmania. With over 20 years of experience, he is committed to providing high-quality mental health care to his patients. Dr Barritt received his medical degree, MBBS, from the University of Manchester, England, in 1998. He then obtained his fellowship from the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists in 2012.
Throughout his career, Dr Barritt has worked extensively in the Tasmanian public health system, gaining valuable experience and expertise in various psychiatric conditions. He specialises in treating depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), personality disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and psychotic disorders.
