Dr Sakshi Dhir

Sakshi is a Clinical Psychologist with a warm and empathetic approach, focusing on establishing strong, non-judgemental therapeutic relationships with her clients. She believes that creating a safe and open space is essential for clients to work through their challenges collaboratively, ultimately leading to improved wellbeing. Sakshi has experience working with young people and adults across public mental health settings and private practice. Her work spans a range of mental health difficulties, including Anxiety and Depressive Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Personality Disorders, and issues related to past traumatic experiences.
