Dr Rick Wolfe

Dr Rick Wolfe is an esteemed Ophthalmologist based in Elsternwick, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. He is renowned for his exceptional surgical skills and extensive experience in the field. Dr Wolfe is the Director and Founder of Peninsula Eye Centre and VISTAeyes Laser Eye Clinic.

Dr Wolfe completed his medical education at Monash University and discovered his passion for ophthalmic surgery during his specialty training at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital (RVEEH). His leadership and expertise extend beyond his own practice. Dr Wolfe also serves as the Founder and Medical Director of Peninsula Eye Centre since 1986 and VISTAeyes Laser Eye Clinic since 1996. Additionally, he is a Chairman of the Clinical Standards Committee and Visual Standards Committee at RANZCO (Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists). Dr Wolfe is also a Co-founder, Secretary, and Treasurer of the Australasian Society of Cataract & Refractive Surgeons (AUSCRS). He is a member of prestigious professional organizations such as the International Society of Refractive Surgeons (ISRS), Australian Society of Ophthalmologists (ASO), American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS), American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), and European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS).
