Dr Rasha Gendy

Dr. Rasha is a highly qualified and experienced urological surgeon, with a passion for delivering personalised and evidence-based care to her patients. She received her medical degree with First Class Honors from the University of New South Wales in 2011, and went on to complete her specialist training in urology, obtaining a Master of Surgery in Urology from the University of Sydney in 2015.

In 2018, Dr. Rasha was awarded the prestigious George Schnitzler award for Registrar of the Year, before being admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2020. Seeking to further her specialized skills, she completed a Fellowship in Robotic Urological Oncology in the United Kingdom, where she was mentored by world experts in the field. Here, she developed and refined the skills required to treat urological cancers with precision and excellence, focusing on kidney, bladder and prostate cancer, as well as general urological conditions such as benign prostatic enlargement and urinary stone disease.

Dr. Rasha's dedication to providing exceptional care extends to her passion for teaching and mentoring younger doctors and medical professionals. She has published numerous scientific papers and has presented her research on urological cancers at national and international conferences. With her extensive knowledge and experience, Dr. Rasha remains committed to improving the health and wellbeing of her patients, ensuring they receive the highest quality care possible.
