She specialises in endoscopic ultrasound, pancreatic cancer screening, ERCP, and advanced resection techniques for early upper and lower gastrointestinal cancer. Additionally, she is well-versed in colonoscopy, colon polyps, and subepithelial tumors, including endoscopic submucosal dissection. Dr Saxena is also proficient in performing endoscopic peroral myotomy (POEM) for achalasia and spastic esophageal disorders.

Throughout her career, Dr Saxena has published numerous research papers and has been invited to present at national and international conferences. She serves as an editorial reviewer for esteemed publications such as Endoscopy, Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and Digestive Diseases and Sciences.
