Dr Pankaj Kataria

Dr Pankaj Kataria is a psychiatrist based in Perth, Western Australia. With a focus on providing comprehensive mental health care, he offers exceptional expertise in the assessment and management of a range of psychiatric conditions. Dr Kataria obtained his medical degree, MBBS, from the University of Delhi, India in 1999. He then pursued further specialization in Psychiatry and obtained his Doctor of Medicine (Psychiatry) in 2005. In 2011, he achieved Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP).

Since 2006, Dr Kataria has been an integral part of Western Australia's public health sector. He currently serves as a Consultant at Fremantle Hospital, where he provides quality psychiatric care to patients. In addition to his clinical work, he serves as an accredited supervisor for Psychiatry trainees and has also been an examiner for FRANZCP exams.

Dr Kataria's areas of expertise encompass general adult psychiatry, with special interests in panic disorder, social and generalised anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, and personality disorders. However, he does not accept referrals for medico-legal purposes or Autism assessments.
