Dr. Michele Burn is a clinical psychologist with extensive experience in perinatal, infant, child, and adult mental health. She has a particular interest in perinatal, infant, and child psychology, and works with individuals who may be struggling to adjust to new life transitions, as well as those facing a range of mental health challenges. In her practice, Dr. Burn adopts a warm, empathetic, and client-centered approach to therapy, prioritizing collaboration to achieve client goals. Dr. Burn draws on a variety of evidence-based therapy frameworks to best support the individual and their family. These include cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and family systems approaches.
