Dr. Bailey's medical career began in 1983 when he became a registered nurse. After five years of working in Sydney, he ventured to the United States, where he further honed his nursing skills in Denver. Driven by a desire for continual growth and development, he returned to university and obtained board certification in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2002.

With his extensive knowledge and expertise, Dr. Bailey worked as a generalist Ob/Gyn before embarking on a new venture in 2010.
