Dr McAuliffe's special interests include ADHD, ASD, intellectual and other developmental disabilities, as well as psychotherapy. He has extensive experience in working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and is highly knowledgeable in the areas of ADHD, anxiety disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), depression, developmental disabilities, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and psychotherapy.
Dr McAuliffe is qualified with a MBBS degree and is a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) as well as the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP). He also holds a certificate in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
In addition to his work with children and adolescents, Dr McAuliffe regularly provides care to young adults. He has a particular interest in mental health conditions associated with medical or surgical conditions.
Dr McAuliffe offers telehealth services, allowing patients to benefit from remote consultations. His services include shared care and weekly psychotherapy sessions.
