A/Prof Gareth Prosser

A/Prof Prosser specialises in orthopaedic surgery, with a primary focus on Hip, Knee, and Trauma-Fracture cases. His special interests include various aspects of hip replacement procedures, such as minimally invasive techniques, hip replacement in younger patients, and revision hip replacements for fracture or infection. Additionally, he performs hip resurfacing and surgery for hip conditions like dysplasia, Perthes, and slipped upper femoral epiphysis.

In addition to hip surgeries, A/Prof Prosser is skilled in knee replacement surgeries, including computer navigation and patient-specific instruments. He performs unicompartmental knee replacements and revision knee replacements for fracture or infection cases. He is also experienced in knee arthroscopy.
