With over two decades of experience, Dr Florida has worked with doctors, psychiatrists, medical students, as well as military personnel and veterans. Her expertise lies in acceptance and commitment therapy, addiction management, ADHD, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, cognitive behavioural therapy, conversion disorder, depression, dialectical behaviour therapy, eating disorders, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, obsessive-compulsive disorders, pain management, post-traumatic stress disorder, problem gambling, psychosis, schizophrenia, and supportive psychotherapy.
