Dr. Teh's professional interests revolve around breast cancer and prostate cancer. She possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) positron emission tomography (PET) imaging and stereotactic adaptive body radiotherapy in prostate cancer. As part of her commitment to innovation, Dr. Teh has completed the ESTRO course in image-guided stereotactic radiotherapy from Lille, France.

Furthermore, Dr. Teh contributes to medical education as a Clinical Senior Lecturer at the Sydney Adventist Hospital Clinical School, Sydney Medical School, University of Sydney. Her exceptional teaching abilities were recognized in 2014 when she received the Excellence in Teaching award. One of her notable research projects focused on concomitant intensity modulated boost during whole breast hypo-fractionated radiotherapy, which was published in the Journal of the European Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology (ESTRO). Dr. Teh has also presented and published her findings on prostate brachytherapy and the use of SpaceOAR™ in prostate radiation therapy.

With an active involvement in conferences and scientific meetings, Dr. Teh has shared her research at prestigious events such as the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology (ASTRO), the Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand (USANZ), the Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Radiology (RANZCR), and the University of Toronto radiation oncology scientific meetings.

Dr. Teh is a member of esteemed medical organizations including the Trans-Tasman Radiation Oncology Group (TROG) and the Australia and New Zealand Urogenital and Prostate Cancer (ANZUP) clinical trials group. She serves as a site-principal-investigator for international trials on post-prostatectomy radiotherapy (RAVES) and the use of adjuvant systemic/hormone therapy with prostate radiotherapy (ENZARAD).

As a dedicated mentor, Dr. Teh supervises medical students from the University of Sydney, where she guides and supports their research endeavors. She also serves as a reviewer for distinguished medical journals such as the IJROBP and the Journal of Medical Imaging and Radiation Oncology (JMIRO).
