Dr Alex Tai

Dr Alex Tai is an accomplished physician with extensive experience in the field of infectious diseases. After completing his qualification from Monash Health, Dr Tai underwent infectious diseases training at various tertiary and secondary hospital settings across metropolitan and regional Australia, including Central Australia. Subsequently, he worked as an Infectious diseases research fellow at Barwon health, conducting investigator-led and industry-initiated clinical trials. Dr Tai has also served as a General Medicine and Infectious diseases physician in Western regional Victoria, covering areas like Geelong and Ballarat.

At present, Dr Tai is based in Melbourne and serves as an Infectious diseases physician predominantly across South Eastern Melbourne and West Gippsland. He has also worked in the public health sector with the Victorian department of health and human services.
