Dr Abhilasha Sharma

Dr Abhilasha Sharma is a Paediatrician based in Burwood, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. She completed her Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery from Himachal Pradesh University, India in 2003. Dr Sharma holds several qualifications, including a Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in Paediatric and Child Health Division, Australia (2017) and a Fellowship of the Faculty of Pain Medicine from the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (2020). She also obtained her AMC Certificate from the Australian Medical Council in 2008.

Dr Sharma is fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu in addition to English. She has a special interest in children's acute and chronic medical conditions, with a particular focus on developmental delay, growth and behavioural concerns, ADHD, sleep disturbance, unsettled babies, constipation, incontinence and toileting problems, and respiratory issues.
