Dr Scott Mansfield

Dr Scott Mansfield is a highly skilled and experienced General Surgeon based in Toowoomba. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Dr Mansfield is known for his expertise in a wide range of surgical procedures and conditions.

Dr Mansfield first completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland in 1998, before going on to obtain his Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery in 2006. He further specialised in General Surgery and became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2014.

Throughout his career, Dr Mansfield has developed a particular interest in several areas. These include Colonoscopy, Colon and rectal cancer, Procidentia and pelvic floor dysfunction, Inflammatory bowel disease, Hernias, Gallbladder pathology, Skin lesions, General surgical emergencies, Benign conditions of the colon including diverticulitis, and Perianal conditions such as haemorrhoids, fistula, and fissure.
