Dr Rubina Hameed

Dr Rubina Hameed is a renowned General Paediatrician practicing in Frankston, Melbourne, Australia. She graduated from the University of Punjac in Lahore, Pakistan, and completed her advanced training in Paediatrics at Birmingham Children’s Hospital (BCH) in the UK.

During her training at BCH, Dr Hameed gained expertise in various fields of paediatrics, including general paediatrics, oncology, renal, and community paediatrics. She also worked as a consultant paediatrician at BCH before relocating to Melbourne, Australia, in 2003.

With extensive qualifications and experience, Dr Hameed has received multiple recognitions for her exceptional skills and knowledge. She is also associated with Northpark Hospital, where she is part of the roster for the Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU) and admits babies under 12 months in the Mother and Baby Unit for sleep and settling issues.

Dr Hameed is an advocate of preventative medicine and has a specific interest in allergies. She offers comprehensive assessments, including skin prick testing if necessary, to her patients.
