Dr Neela Janakiramanan is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with a subspecialty interest in hand and wrist surgery. She is associated with Beleura Private Hospital and holds public appointments at St Vincent's Hospital, Eastern Health, and Peninsula Health. Dr Janakiramanan received her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Monash University and also holds a Masters of Public Health from the same institution. She completed her training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery across Melbourne and further specialized in Hand and Wrist Surgery with a year-long fellowship at Victorian Hand Surgery Associates and St Vincent's Hospital. Her special interests include upper limb nerve compression, Dupuytrens disease, complex arthropathies, fixation of complex fractures, and swellings and tumors of the hand and wrist. Dr Janakiramanan aims to provide subspecialty expertise in hand and wrist surgery locally in the Mornington Peninsula. She is fluent in Tamil and is happy to see all patients with general plastic surgical problems.
