Dr Mark Duncan-Smith

Mark Duncan-Smith is a skilled and experienced plastic and reconstructive surgeon who specialises in breast augmentation. After completing his Bachelor's degree in medicine and surgery in 1987 at the University of Western Australia, he continued his studies in plastic and reconstructive surgery, obtaining his Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 1997. Mr. Duncan-Smith also underwent advanced post-graduate studies in plastic surgery in the USA. He opened his own practice in 2000 and has been serving patients ever since.

Mr. Duncan-Smith is a member of several professional organisations, including the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, the Royal College of Surgeons, and the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons. He has an impressive background of clinical leadership, having served as the Head of Department for Plastic Surgery at the Royal Perth Hospital from 2008 to 2014. Additionally, he is a consultant plastic and reconstructive surgeon at the Western Australia State Adult Burns Unit and works with the Fiona Stanley Hospital Burns Unit. He was also one of the two consultants who worked on the acute burns caused by the Bali Bombing Disaster.

Mr. Duncan-Smith is a past president of the West Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons (WASPS), where he continues to train and educate future plastic and reconstructive surgeons.
