Dr Bhaskar Mandal

Dr Bhaskar Mandal is a geriatrician based in Perth. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine in General Medicine from Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education And Research in India in 1996. He further enhanced his knowledge and expertise by completing a Geriatric Medicine And General Internal Medicine fellowship from the Postgraduate Medical Education & Training Board UK in 2004.

Dr Mandal's professional memberships and qualifications include being a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, Adult Medicine Division, since 2014 and holding membership with the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom since 1998. He also obtained a Diploma in Geriatric Medicine from the Royal College of Physicians of London in 1998.

With over two decades of medical experience, Dr Mandal has developed expertise in acute care of the elderly, dementia and memory impairment in the elderly, Parkinson's disease, falls, frailty syndromes, complex medical issues in elderly patients, and rehabilitation.
