We encourage patients to contact the practice to inquire about our bulk billing doctors. Please note that on Saturdays, we do not offer bulk billing.

At our practice, we recognize that non-attendance of appointments can negatively impact the overall quality of healthcare services, and as such, have set up a non-attendance policy. To protect the needs of patients who require urgent attention, patients who are unable to attend their scheduled appointments without adequate notice will incur a fee of $88. This fee must be paid upfront before any other appointment can be made. By implementing this policy, we guarantee that patients who require medical attention receive timely and efficient healthcare services.
