Effective September 20th, 2022, our practice is implementing a non-attendance and cancellation policy due to a rise in the number of missed appointments and delayed cancellations. Clients who fail to attend scheduled appointments without prior notice will be subject to a fee starting at $20. Additionally, individuals who cancel appointments less than two hours before the scheduled time will also be charged a fee starting at $20. We reserve the right to adjust fees based on the length of the missed appointment.

In order to secure another appointment, payment for the fee must be made prior to scheduling. We understand that unforeseen circumstances sometimes arise, and we will consider waiving the fee in cases where there are extenuating circumstances. However, we urge all clients to provide as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling appointments.

We value the time and effort put into scheduling and providing quality care for our clients. The implementation of this policy allows us to maintain high standards of quality care while also providing an opportunity for other clients to utilize appointment slots that may have otherwise gone unfilled. We appreciate your understanding and support as we navigate these changes.
