At Myhealth, we have a strict non-attendance policy to ensure that our patient's time is respected, and we can provide swift care to all our patients. Therefore, when you book an appointment with us, you agree to adhere to this policy. Failure to attend an appointment without any notice will result in the appointment being marked as non-attendance in your file. Repeated non-attendance appointments would attract a $50 non-attendance fee that would be paid before seeing the practitioner in the future.
