Myhealth Doctors Grand Plaza is a modern medical practice conveniently located at the Coles entry of Grand Plaza Shopping Centre in Browns Plains. Our team of mixed billing doctors strives to offer high-quality medical care to all patients in a friendly and professional manner. The centre was purpose-built in 2019, featuring modern facilities that enable our doctors to deliver the best possible healthcare to our patients.

Our doctors operate on an appointment-based system, and we encourage patients to book appointments online using our website or MyPractice app. Patients can also book appointments by phone, and we advise them to save both our phone numbers (07) 3063 3298 or (07) 3809 4555 under the surgery or doctor's ID on their phones to avoid missing any calls. Our doctors accept walk-ins only in emergency situations, assessed via triage guidelines.

Our doctors bill private fees for some services as full Medicare rebate amounts are inadequate to sustain quality healthcare. Patients aged 18 years and under, patients over 65years, and patients aged between 19 and 64 with a valid pension card will be bulk billed by all doctors. Patients in other categories will be privately billed by most doctors, with the out-of-pocket amount varying depending on the service, individual doctor, and Medicare rebate.

We also provide allied health and specialist services, which can be booked by calling our reception on 3809 4555. We offer wait-listing for cancellations and encourage our patients to notify us as early as possible if they are unable to attend their appointments.

We believe in providing thorough and caring medical services and, therefore, require a subsidy to the current Medicare-provided rebate to make our healthcare services more accessible. Patients with multiple missed appointments will face restrictions on their booking ability or loss of bulk billing rights.
