Rachel Ewart

Rachel Ewart is a highly skilled Senior Physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours, earned in 2000. Upon completing her degree, she began her career at a multidisciplinary Sports Medicine Clinic, where she honed her skills in managing a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries. In 2003, Rachel further distinguished herself by completing Levels 1-4 of Clinical Pilates training, which she utilized effectively throughout her career. From 2004 to 2008, she worked at Dance Medicine Australia in South Yarra, a dedicated Clinical Pilates practice, where she not only treated patients but also contributed to the education of fitness instructors by assisting in Pilates courses. In 2008, Rachel returned to the field of Sports Medicine, where she began teaching both individual and group Clinical Pilates classes. Her expertise in treating musculoskeletal injuries, especially spinal conditions, is complemented by her extensive background in classical ballet. This unique skill set allows her to provide specialized care for performing artists and musicians, offering them tailored treatment that aligns with their specific needs.
