Heath Williams

Heath Williams is an osteopath and occupational health consultant who graduated from Victoria University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Clinical Science and a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy). His career spans clinical practice, academic teaching, professional education, and workplace health consulting. Heath is currently Director and Osteopath at Principle Four Osteopathy and also serves as Director and Occupational Health Consultant at Corporate Work Health Australia. He holds several additional roles including Non-Executive Board Director for Osteopathy Australia, Independent Medical Examiner for Workcover Victoria, Examiner for the Australian Osteopathic Accreditation Council, and Sessional Lecturer at Victoria University. Heath has lectured in Australia and the UK at institutions such as the British School of Osteopathy, London School of Osteopathy, Southern Cross University, and Victoria University. His teaching experience includes 17 years in clinical education, and 9 years each in ergonomics and exercise rehabilitation. He regularly delivers post-graduate training for health professionals in areas such as office and vehicle ergonomics, manual handling, and strength and conditioning. His certifications include recognition as an Occupational Health Osteopath by Osteopathy Australia, Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach (ASCA), and qualifications in Functional Movement Screening (FMS), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and Applied Functional Science (CAFS). Heath also holds credentials in dry needling, Pilates instruction, manual therapy techniques including the Mulligan Concept and McKenzie Method, and taping methods. He maintains a focus on exercise-based rehabilitation, chronic pain management, manual therapy, workplace injury prevention, and ergonomic risk assessment. Heath’s ongoing professional development includes extensive post-graduate training in exercise prescription, pain science, shoulder and hip rehabilitation, strength training, and concussion management. He continues to contribute to the osteopathic and health professions through clinical work, education, and leadership roles.
