Eugenie MacMillan

Eugénie MacMillan is a dedicated and skilled physiotherapist who graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the Australian Catholic University. Known for her patient-centered approach, Eugénie employs a blend of hands-on manual therapy and tailored rehabilitation techniques to support her clients' recovery and physical well-being. With a strong focus on individual goals, she creates treatment plans that not only address immediate issues but also promote long-term health. Her passion for movement and athletic performance extends beyond physiotherapy. An avid long-distance runner, Eugénie has participated in both the Gold Coast and Noosa Marathons, integrating Pilates into her training regimen for enhanced strength and flexibility. To further enrich her expertise, she has obtained Reformer and Matwork certifications and has spent the past four years working as a Pilates instructor. This unique combination of skills allows her to offer comprehensive care, bridging physiotherapy and fitness. Eugénie's commitment to helping others extend to her experience in sports training for teams such as UQ Rugby and the Metropolitan District Netball Association. Whether treating competitive athletes or recreational enthusiasts, she is passionate about helping individuals achieve peak performance. Eugénie’s special interests include sporting and running injuries, women’s health, paediatrics, post-operative rehabilitation, vestibular balance and mobility issues, as well as Pilates and dry needling techniques. With her diverse skill set and empathetic approach, Eugénie MacMillan is dedicated to empowering her patients on their journey to optimal health and active living.
